Meet the Makers

Hello, Nice to meet you! I have a passion for keeping traditions alive. I make many of the things we all grew up seeing or using, especially when it came to grandmas house! From bowl cozies to help protect your hands form hot bowls fresh from the microwave and bag buddies to store all of those darn plastic bags to decorative towels for both the bathroom and kitchen! These are definitely not your Grandmama's towels. Many of them are topped with a quilted topper so you can button them around your oven handle or drawer pulls so that they stay put when you use them. So if you're tired of the kids, dog or even spouse letting the kitchen towels hit the floor we've got you covered!!

We also do custom quilts, so whether you are looking for a one of a kind piece or just need to have one quilted that you have already made, we can help!!

Newly added to our mix are embroidered hats. I have several to choose from but you can also send a message with your custom idea and we will help make it happen!

Hey there, my name is Alicia and I am the sassitude behind Threaditude. I grew up with a Grandmother that was a pro at handmade; from beautiful quilts to kitchen towels to kids stuffed animals and clothing. She made it all and with love. My Mother was also a teacher and when I was younger they taught me the basics of sewing and quilting. So I guess you can say I caught the bug! They passed that love of creating on to me! Along with my love of creating and expressing my, sometimes raw sense of humor, I enjoy staying active and spending time with my pup! I rescued Spark in 2017 and she has been my rock ever since. She is always by my side when we are at home. Whether I am creating a new towel or hat design or I am in the gym working on my mental health she is there to help and judge me lol!
